If you are here, you have entered a politically incorrect zone. The very nature of the industry implies it. We have never claimed to be perfect but no one is. We don't intend to offend anyone, but we probably will on the wrong day.
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept orders from customers over the age of 18. Anyone still attending high school should be aware that wearing “gun related” or political merchandise may be against your school’s “code of conduct” or “dress code” policies. Save it for the weekends or college. That’s when adults get to have fun too. (If we’re not working.) If you’re under 18, then you had better offer to do some chores around the house before you ask your parents to buy something from us. You’re on the honor system now.
By placing an order, customer is verifying that they are of legal age, have no felony convictions, are in compliance with Federal Law 18U.S.C.922(D)-(1)-(9) [http://www.justice.gov/usam/criminal-resource-manual-1116-prosecutions-under-18-usc-922g8], and in compliance with all Federal and State restrictions that apply.
- If customer is purchasing ammo, then they assure that they are at least 21 years of age and will provide all necessary identification needed to ship.
- Ammo is not availble for pickup via office or warehouse. Ammo is shipped on Tuesdays and Thursday after order has been processed. All orders take approximately 1-2 business days for processing.
- All ammo ships from the Florida warehouse to most locations within the United States. The warehouse is able to ship to the following locations.:
- Massachusetts; New York State; Hawaii; Puerto Rico; Chicago, IL; Washington D.C; and the following areas in CA: Berkeley, Carson, Contra Costa County, Los Angeles, Marin County, Napa County, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Ventura County, or Yolo County. If an order is placed from within one of the restricted areas listed above, then the ammo order will have to be cancelled for store credit only.
- Other areas may require special documentation or identification before a shipment can take place. We will contact the customer regarding such additional information via email.
- We reserve the right to change the areas we ship to at any time without notice. (If you live in one of the areas that we don't ship to, then feel free to contact your state or local government and tell them which laws need to be changed to stop infringing on your Second Amendment Rights.)
Second Amendment Armory, LLC is not responsible for damage to persons or property due to improperly handled or manufactured ammo.
Don't See What You're Looking For
Exclusions include: products that are already made but not posted to the public website, products that are already under development, and certain high-end products.
Many of the items you find on our website are custom made or engraved in the USA from the timing of ordering. If the item is not showing as "in stock," then please be aware the lead time may be at least 3-5 Business Days. Some "custom made" items have longer delivery times while others will be shipped directly by their makers. We try and ship within a business day of the item arriving in stock.
We are closed on the following holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Admittedly, Hunting Season is the hardest time of year to catch most people around here. Elk season is way too short.
Hours of Operation
Out typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (Mountain Standard Time) Sometimes, we travel to shows and we'd love to meet you! For information where you may find us "out of the office" please refer to our Events page or follow us on Facebook.
Items purchased from our website have intended uses. Using an item in a way that is not recommended may void any warranty. When travelling by air, any item that resembles a firearm or bullet will be required to be in your checked luggage. Confiscations suck and so does the ridiculously wrong list of “no fly” items imposed on us by the TSA.

At this time, all orders take an additional 1-2 days normal business for processing before shipment. Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
By logging into your online account, you will be able to check the status of your order.
Awaiting Fulfillment - Waiting for an item to be made or be verified as "in stock"
Awaiting Shipment - All items are "In Stock." Order will be shipped in 1-2 business days
Awaiting Pickup - All items are "In Stock" and a waiting on you to stop by our local office.
Partially Shipped - Part of your order has shipped. Other items may be "out of stock."
Shipped - Order has been marked "Shipped." Tracking can take 1 business day to show movement details.
Refunded - If an item has been returned and inspected and after your credit card has been refunded.
Cancelled - Order was cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Follow the on screen instructions to submit the request.
If a return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged during shipment, etc), then we will pay for the return shipment and email you a return label. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will will then determine if the item will be repaired or replaced. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
If wrong product was ordered or you simply changed you mind and wish to exchange we will accept the return/exchange within 15 days of shipment for store credit less any Shipping and Handling charges paid previously. The item you are returning will be shipped back to us by your chosen method at your expense. Email will be sent when the item has been received and credit has been applied to your online account.
Product must be received and inspected prior to authorization of a refund or application of store credit. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We try and abide by all local and federal laws. Not all products on our website may be able to ship to all states. If buyer or recipient intends to use any item that is designated for the purose of “concealed carry”, we assume that the user will do so in accordance with all state and federal laws regarding firearms ownership and carry.
Shipping - (Non Ammo)
All items ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and Handling Charges can be waived if you have items in your cart for which their combined total are greater than the specified total to qualify for "Free Shipping." Exceptions apply: some items (fragile or larger) may have fixed shipping costs.
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation.
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products will not be shipped to international destinations even if we expand to ship worldwide in the future.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The approximate weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Items such as glassware will be estimated 1 pound higher to include packing material.

Fixed Shipping Costs
Certain items are extremely fragile and require special handling, extra packing material, and, therefore, higher shipping costs to ship those items. These items are marked. A "Free Shipping" discount does not apply to these items.
